In this picture it is the blue 15 a fuse in the upper left. It is safe to replace this with the 80 amp fuse as it will fail sooner then the 100 amp fuse would. Turn the ignition switch to the lock (0) position.

My 100 amp fuse in the underhood fuse box blew on me. To make sure it is a bad relay, do this: 100 amp battery fuse was blown.
